7 STEPS TO ENROLLMENT
- Call the Office to check for availability
Check to make sure that we have spots available for your child(ren). We get new enrollments daily, so check back when you are ready to enroll. Spots are filled on a first come, first served basis.
** For VPK Families - You will need to get a Certificate of Eligibility to qualify for free VPK (9am - 12noon). (Most everyone will qualify.) Contact the Early Learning Coalition at (904) 208-2044 or elcofduval.org. - Pick up or download and fill out an Application
You can do this when you come in for your tour / interview or before.
> Standard Application - For all ages except our VPK program.
> VPK Application - Specifically for 4-year old Florida VPK students. - Schedule and attend a Tour / Interview
You will have a chance to tour the facilities and ask any questions about our policies. We will review the Applicaton with you for clarification. - Pray / Make a Decision About Enrolling
Discuss your child care options and pray together about your choices, asking God for His guidance. - Pay the Registration Fee
The Registration Fee ($100/child or $150/family) is non-refundable, but is required to hold the spot for your child. Submitting an Application does not guarantee a spot in our school without a Registration Fee. VPK students may not have to pay a registration fee. Check with the office to see if a registration fee applies to your child. - Start Tuition Payments
Tuition payments will be due on the first day your child starts school. - Attend the Mandatory Orientation - VPK Families Only
Held the week before classes begin, your class orientation is the time to meet faculty and staff and get vital information for your student's success in VPK. Both parents are encouraged to attend, but at least one parent must attend the orientation.
